These boards are about 16.5"(not including handle) x 7.25" x 3/4" thick Acacia wood.
All boards are cleaned and sealed with food grade mineral oil before shipping so they are ready to be used upon arrival.
Handwash only, apply food grade mineral oil as needed to maintain the wood.
